Every piece I create at MJ Skivers Designs is handcrafted with love and intention. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Returns I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact me at hello@mjskiversdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom & Personalized Pieces All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will make it right.

Exchanges I am happy to exchange items for a different style or size within 30 days, subject to availability or store credit if the original style is no longer available.

Please note that natural stones and semiprecious beads may vary slightly in color, pattern, and texture — this is the beauty of working with natural materials and is not considered a defect.
