Thank you for shopping with MJ Skivers Designs! All of my handmade jewelry and accessories are crafted with care in my home studio in Venice, Florida.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date at mjskiversdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. I will work with you to make it right.
