A copper teardrop frame — 28mm wide by 55mm tall — becomes the stage for a centered dangle drop that tells its story bead by bead. The drop is built on a length of wire, hand-hammered at its base into a flat paddle and wire-wrapped at the top into a neat coil, securing it within the frame with quiet precision.
From the coiled top, the beaded sequence unfolds downward: a 2mm gold-tone round, a 3mm faceted carnelian, a 4mm antique copper melon bead, a 12mm unakite disc — its mottled olive and rust face the centerpiece of the whole composition — then a 3mm faceted carnelian and a final 2mm gold-tone round, coming to rest just above the hammered paddle end.
Finished with antique copper ear wires, they measure approximately 1⅛" wide by 2⅛" long (not including wire). A handmade piece for the woman who finds beauty in the details.
